After graduating from the University of Michigan, Mike began his career in plant operations at General Motors, working in Flint, Lansing, and Parma, OH. He then moved on to Orchid Orthopedics, where he served as both plant manager and general manager before acquiring Kremin Inc. in 2010.

Prior to Kremin Inc, Katie spent most of her career in the quality department of a medical device manufacturer as well as an aerospace defense company. Katie has two dogs Remington (Bloodhound) and Milo (Corgi) that she adores dearly. Katie enjoys hunting, camping, crafting, and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.

Prior to joining Kremin Inc, Brad was an engineer at Nexteer Automotive. He has a mechanical engineering degree from University of Illinois. Brad is also a member of the Frankenmuth Fire Department and coaches both girls and boy soccer at Frankenmuth High School.
